The doctor is still concerned with the soreness, tenderness, and Shawn's ability to not straighten his leg. Therefore he was not cleared to go back to work. His next check-up with the doctor is October 1st. If there is no improvement by then I hope the doctor re-evaluates Shawn's knee for something else being wrong. That or maybe we will need to get a 2nd opinion. I would think a strained knee would slowly start to heal itself and if it is not doing that than there is something more wrong. He has appointments set up for therapy until then. Plus, in his mind he can go hunting by being the driver. He really is having a hard time not being able to climb and hike to find that perfect deer, but hunting season is long and he still has time. Mean while he is going crazy trying to find things to do and maybe just maybe catching up on soap opera's (you never know!?!?)

Poor Shawn! I am finally starting to understand how much hunters love hunting, as that's what Jackson is loving to do every weekend. I hope you guys are well.. maybe if I can convince Jackson not to go hunting one weekend we can come up and visit!
