Finally NO training wheels

Mekenna has done it . . . she learned to ride without training wheels. Back in March we bought her a brand new Bratz bike for her birthday. Just one problem she was too scared to ride without training wheels. The new bike did not have training wheels and we sold her old bike with training wheels. She would ride the new bike across the yard if Shawn started her off holding on to her and if I was at the other end of the yard to catch and stop her. Kind of hard to go on a bike ride like this. One summer evening Clayton and a friend taught Mekenna how to ride a small bike without training wheels. That was all it took for her to gain confidence to ride her big bike all her own. We are proud of her and Clayton for helping her.
