Last Camping Trip of '09

We went on our last camping trip of 2009 @ the end of September with part of my family. We went down to Indian Creek, but did not take the jet skis because we figured it would be too cold. It was a fun camping trip to end the season. It was very low key we ate, visited, sat by the fire, etc. My dad brought his remote control airplane and flew it some. There was also fishing and motor bike rides.

My dad was concentrating on fixing that golf ball toss game, not exactly sure what it is called.

Labor Day Camping

We camped at Indian Creek on the Palisades for Labor Day. We had a few rain storms in the afternoons but overall the weather was good. We ended up camping by some old friends of Shawn's and met some new ones that were camping with the old ones. It was a great weekend! We drove a little more around the Palisades to a river that is a well known spot to see the Salmon run. We watched for awhile but never did see anything and the kids didn't see the point in waiting any longer so we left. It was about the only time I got out the camera.
